As a young boy I was faced with name calling and ridicule because of my weight("Waley Bailey"). I worked as hard as I could in gym class but because of my lack of knowledge in nutrition and exercise I was always chubby. Through out high school exercise became one of my interests. I started lifting weights, running and learning the science of exercise. Now that I have spent years asking questions and learning, I would like to pass the information on to others. This is why I became a personal trainer.
